 Environmental Assessments prior to any property transactions have become an essential part of property transactions. Our team of environmental professionals have the ability and experience to conduct environmental assessments and investigations before property transactions or development, thus minimizing the potential exposure and liability.

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
    The purpose of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is to investigate potential environmental concerns at any site. AES professionals perform the Phase I Assessment in accordance with ASTM Practice E 1527-93.  Geophysical surveys are also performed to check for the presence of buried drums or tanks.

  • Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
    A Phase II Environmental Site Assessments may be necessary if the results of the Phase I Assessments indicate potential environmental concerns. AES professionals have extensive experience in conducting geologic and hydrogeologic investigations in accordance with the State and USEPA guidelines.

  • Baseline Environmental Assessment
    A Baseline Environmental Assessment provides liability protection to potential buyers, sellers and lenders during any commercial and industrial property transactions. Our environmental specialists have extensive experience in conducting Baseline Assessments on numerous industrial and commercial facilities.
